So, first of all, we should salute the great freedom fighters on the beautiful day. Now we are free from the cruel rule of the foreigner. The angry addicted non-hearted foreigner ruled over India more than two hundred years. They treated us as a slave. They beaten and harassed us. The treachery of them was uncontrolled.

But nature never allowed them to do more violence work. Indian people awakened. They wanted freedom and struggled against the Britishers. ‘

Do or Die’ was the famous declarations to give freedom to India. Some freedom fight ers gave their life in the self of India.

At last, some great Indian Fighter fought against the Britishers. Gandhiji, the father of nation called the Nonviolence Slogan. Subhas Bose take oath by calling Delhi Chalo, to disgard the foreigners. Lal Bal Pal, Jawaharlal Nehru, Mahatma Gandhi, and many freedom fighters enforced their lives to tackle with them and finally wanted to come back to their country. Finally, India got her freedom in 1947 on August 15.

In that day of happiness, our first Prime Minister Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru gave his heart-touching speech from the great ramparts of the Red Fort.

That, speech today resembles every Indian. Now, we elaborate the enlightenment of observing the Independence day. Every year the independence day is celebrated in our school with lot of pomp. Our headmaster as well as teacher motivated us to celebrate this day with courage and love to the nation.
